Standard uses the current 2 years of “blocks” of cards.

Standard is a great way for people who are just starting out with magic to dive head first into the game and get a grasp of what to do. The initial cost for standard decks tend to be less, and cards are more easily accessible as they are currently in print from Wizards of the Coast.

Whether you are new and looking to learn Magic the Gathering, or you’re a veteran looking for a challenge to build the best deck possible with a smaller card pool, Thursdays at Ready. Set. Game is where you want to be!!
