Decks must follow all sanctioned banned/ suspended lists and construction requirements.\n6.	No proxies are allowed unless you own a copy of the card and bring the non-proxy with you.\n7.	If someone concedes (scoops) in response to dying\, the attacker still receives 2 kill points. If someone concedes (scoops) at any other time during the game\, no points will be earned from or rewarded to that player.\n8.	Most importantly be polite. No rudeness\, fighting\, or negative attitudes allowed at all.
