If someone concedes (scoops) in response to dying\, the attacker still receives 1 kill point. If someone concedes (scoops) at any other time during the game\, no points will be earned from or rewarded to that player.\n7.	Decks must follow all sanctioned banned lists and construction requirements.\n8.	No proxies are allowed unless you own a copy of the card and bring the non-proxy with you.\n9.	Most importantly be polite. No rudeness\, fighting\, or negative attitudes allowed at all.
